½ cup rolled oats
1 tablespoon black chia seeds
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pack of Nourish and Bloom Vanilla Spice Whole Foods Shake
1 cup almond milk without sugar
¼ cup of frozen blueberries
1 teaspoon organic honey
½ teaspoon of cinnamon
Duties: 10 minutes. Cook: 0 min. Total: 10 minutes.
Mix all the ingredients in a small bowl or cup.
Refrigerate overnight.
Top with more blueberries and a pinch of cinnamon.
