Nothing goes better than pork chops and apples. This recipe goes a step further and brings together all its flavors of comfort: apples, bacon and maple syrup. These chops will make you caress your stomach and feel good!
Pork Chops Ingredients
8 oz lean pork chops
1 salt and pepper to taste
2 teaspoons of grape seed oil
12 g of apple jam Jym Mass

1 tablespoon of Walden Farms syrup
1 slice of bacon
50 g of sugar-free apple sauce
1 teaspoon orange zest
1 teaspoon thyme leaves
1 salt and pepper to taste

50 g of onion, finely chopped
PREPARATION
Duties: 15 minutes.
Cook: 30 minutes.
Total: 45 min.
1.-In a pan, cook the bacon strip until it is crispy, set aside on a paper towel to cool, then cut into pieces.
2.-In the same pan, cook onion and apple over medium heat until soft.
3.-Add the bacon to the mixture of applesauce and onion. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5.-Remove it from the heat. Add thyme, salt and pepper, and set aside.
6.-Salt and pepper on both sides of the pork chops.
7.-Drain both sides of the chops in Apple Fritter Mass JYM.
8.-a cast-iron skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat.
9.- Cook chops 3 minutes per side until golden brown or cooked over medium heat (140 degrees F internal temperature). Note: The cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the chops.
10.-1. Cover the pork chops with maple and bacon sauce.
